PC Training Testimonials - 1

"There's nothing like a “computer-gone-haywire” to escort us to the edge – moments from jumping from the cliff of insanity. You question: should I crash the thing to the floor and jump on it and break it to pieces, should I take it to the outside and set it on fire, should I take it to the ocean and throw it in, or should I take it to a cliff – throw it over and jump after it?

Each time I find myself on the edge-wrestling with a computer that has gone haywire, I have a moment of clarity; and, make a last ditch effort to restore my sanity and computer. I grab the phone and call the one person I trust with all my personal computer info – JPG. Near hysterical – I plead with her to 'talk me off the cliff'.
