The extensive list below presents details of the Sussexes activities in chronological order. Many people are unaware of these activities.
2006 - Sentebale - Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho co-founded Sentebale in 2006 to support children and adolescents affected by HIV/AIDS and extreme poverty in southern Africa. The name means "forget-me-not" in Sesotho, honoring the two princes’ late mothers, Princess Diana and Queen Mamohato
2007 - WildChild – Started in 1984 and Prince Harry has been Patron of WellChild since 2008 helping to support the charity’s mission of improving quality of life for seriously ill kids. Over the years he has played a vital role in assisting WellChild to raise both awareness and funds with personal commitments himself, to help families get the care they need. He attended WellChild Awards on 14 previous occasions and spent time with each winner and their families at pre-ceremony receptions, listening to their stories and helping create lifelong memories.
2011 - “Suits” is a very popular American legal drama, that premiered on the USA Network in 2011. Set in a New York City corporate law firm, but it was filmed in Canada. Main actors were Patrick J. Adams, Gabriel Macht, Meghan Markle, Wendell Pierce and more. It ran for 8 seasons.
2014 - Invictus Games Foundation - Prince Harry, onscreen in this documentary, follows participants in the Invictus Games, the athletic competition for wounded service members. He founded it in 2014. Athletes discuss service, injuries and how competing in the Games helped to recover from both physical and mental wounds. Created in partnership with the Invictus Games Foundation.
2016 - Scotty’s Little Soldiers - A charity supporting bereaved military children and young people and inspired by the experience of Army widow Nikki Scott. The charity honors husband Corporal Lee Scott’s memory, both as a loyal soldier and a loving father. It provides a practical, personal way for the public to show their appreciation for brave individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice. Prince Harry was named Global Ambassador in November 2023.
2017 - African Parks - His Royal Highness Prince Henry was appointed as new African Parks President in various capacities, furthering the mission in manage national parks on behalf of governments & to advance wildlife conservation across Africa &around the globe. African Parks has had the pleasure of working with Prince Harry in Malawi in July of 2016, where he served as an integral part of our team.
2019 - Travalyst - An independent, not-for-profit organization is dedicated to changing the way the world travels for good. Founded by Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex with continued pro-bono support. Prince Harry partners with leading travel & technology companies, such as: Amadeus, BCD, Beyond Green, Booking.com, Expedia Group, Google, Mastercard, Pitchup.com, Sabre, Skyscanner, SQUAKE, The Travel Corporation, Trip.com Group, Tripadvisor and Visa. to unite the industry, share trusted sustainability data and empower travelers, businesses and policy makers to make informed choices benefitting the planet and people that live here.
2020 - Aspen Institute Commission - Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, a, military veteran, humanitarian, mental wellness advocate, and environmentalist. His focus is on raising awareness around the root causes of some of the world’s most pressing online world challenges and is equally dedicated to pursuing collaborative and substantive solutions to address them.
2020 - Archewell Productions - We believe stories have power to unite & inspire audiences around the globe. Founded by Prince Harry & Meghan, Duke & Duchess of Sussex, dedicated to illuminating thought-provoking and diverse narratives underscoring our common humanity and celebrate community through scripted, non-scripted TV, film, documentaries, podcasting. The Office of Prince Harry & Meghan, Duke & Duchess of Sussex, shapes a future through business & philanthropy, including: Archewell Foundation, Archewell Productions, patronages, ventures, and organizations receiving support of the couple, individually and/or together.
2021 - Better Up - Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, Chief Impact Officer is a humanitarian, military veteran, mental wellness advocate, and environmentalist. He focuses on driving systemic change across all communities through non-profit work as well as creative activations. As Better Up’s first Chief Impact Officer, the goal is to lift up critical dialogues around mental health, build supportive, compassionate communities, fostering an environment for honest and vulnerable conversations. He hopes to help people develop inner strength, resilience, and confidence.
2021 - The Bench - A children’s book by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex and artist Christian Robinson was on sale. It captures the evolving, expanding relationship between father & son. It reminds us of ways love takes shape and expresses in a modern family. The Bench is a window into shared, enduring moments between a diverse group of fathers and sons, moments of peace & reflection, trust & belief, discovery & learning, & lasting comfort. Reflects beauty of a father’s love through Meghan’s maternal eyes.
2021 - The Me You Can't See - The documentary series was co-created by Oprah Winfrey & Prince Harry, focused on mental health & emotional well-being. It included honest talks and stories from celebrities & everyday people, on topics: trauma, grief & therapy to reduce stigma. Lady Gaga, Glenn Close, Zak Williams, DeMar DeRozan, Virginia Fuchs & Rashad Armstead appears.
2022 - Meghan’s Archetypes - A podcast investigating, dissecting and subverting the labels that try to hold women back. Archetypes, was previously a Spotify exclusive and then was rolled out to all audio platforms with Lemonada distributing. The series recorded over 10M downloads, around a million listens per episode and debuted as Spotify’s No.1 podcast in 47 countries.
2022 - Harry and Meghan - A six episode, two-volume docuseries chronicling their relationship, wedding and decision to step back from royal life From their courtship to their exit from royal life, Harry and Meghan share their complex journey in their own words in this documentary.
2022 - Live to Lead on Netflix - This American documentary was released on December 31, 2022. This series featured interviews with world leaders and influencers, (Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Greta Thunberg, Bryan Stevenson, Jacinda Ardern, Siya Kolisi, Gloria Steinem, and Albie Sachs, Nelson Mandela). Presented by Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.
2023 - Heart of Invictus - This Netflix documentary follows athletes who competed in the Invictus Games, an initiative founded by Prince Harry. Heart of Invictus (2023): This was an Archewell Productions' project with Netflix, a documentary series in partnership with The Invictus Games Foundation. The project surrounded 6 competitors from the 2020 Invictus Games.
2024 - A Spotlight on Youth Mental Health - Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex made a meaningful appearance at the Concordia Summit in NY, representing The Diana Award (TDA). The annual summit is a nonpartisan global affairs forum that brings together leaders from the public & private sectors to address pressing challenges.
2024 - Protecting Women and Children in Lesotho - Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex joined Her Majesty Queen Masenate Mohato Seeiso for a pivotal side-event at the U N General Assembly. It was to advance crucial discussions surrounding the recognition and protection of women and children as essential drivers of sustainable development and peace in Lesotho and beyond.
2024 - Clinton Global Initiative - All we have today, stems from the defiance of boundaries we once thought existed. We’ve split the atom; we’ve walked on the moon. We are more than equipped to tackle this. The future of our world and youth depend on it; we all just need to want it enough.
2024 - Polo - A 2024 Netflix documentary series produced by Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex via their Archewell Productions. Five episodes offer a behind-the-scenes look at high-stakes professional polo, focuses on elite players during the U.S. Open Polo Championship, with limited on-screen appearances by the couple.
2024 - The Halo Trust - Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex joined The HALO Trust to celebrate Angola’s groundbreaking progress in landmine clearance and conservation. With a commitment to advocating for a mine-free world, the Duke’s presence highlighted the country’s exemplary leadership in transforming its landscape from one of conflict to one of hope and recovery
2025 - Masala Kids A Rhythm Within movie - Their viral dance videos have spread joy – and changes lives. This short documentary about a Ugandan orphanage reveals a story of resilience and hope. This was produced by Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
